The Role:

We are looking for a highly diligent and numbers-driven Billing Executive to take ownership of our vendor payment and invoice reconciliation processes. In this role, you will be the gatekeeper of financial accuracy for our operational transactions, ensuring that every invoice matches our internal records and payments are processed seamlessly.This is a high-ownership role ideal for someone who possesses exceptional analytical skills, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both vendors and internal procurement teams.What You’ll Own

- Invoice Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor payments against invoices raised, ensuring absolute data accuracy.
- Billing Validation: Validate billing details thoroughly, identifying discrepancies and ensuring swift corrections are made wherever required.
- PO Alignment: Coordinate closely with internal teams to implement and track Purchase Order (PO) related changes whenever needed.
- End-to-End Reconciliation: Manage payment reconciliation tasks from start to finish,



keeping financial records clean and auditable.
- Timeline Management: Ensure all billing and payment-related activities are completed accurately, compliantly, and strictly on time.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in billing, vendor reconciliation, accounts payable, or operational finance (Open to ambitious freshers with robust accounting/finance concepts!).
- High proficiency with numbers, spreadsheets (MS Excel / Google Sheets), and data tracking.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to trace and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate corrections with vendors and internal procurement or warehouse teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high commitment to deadline adherence.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹390,000.00 per year
