Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and reconcile rental revenue accounts, including daily rental transactions and payments
- Record and reconcile rental expenses, including vehicle maintenance, fuel, insurance, and other operational costs
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management regarding rental performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, follow up on overdue payments, and manage vendor relationships
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities for rental revenue and expenses
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate recording of rental-related transactions and expenses
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance requirements, including sales tax, income tax, and regulatory filings




- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations as needed
- Stay up-to-date on accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends relevant to car rental operations

Booking Executive

*Maintaining day to day Car booking , Mailing and Handling Calls.

*Skills Required:

Computer knowledge Valuable Communication skills & Good in English speaking.
