Job Title: Spare Parts Manager – Bajaj Workshop

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage complete spare-parts operations for the Bajaj workshop.
- Ensure timely availability and issue of genuine spare parts to technicians.
- Maintain optimum stock levels and avoid shortages, excess stock, and dead inventory.
- Prepare spare-parts orders based on workshop requirements and sales trends.
- Monitor inward stock, stock transfers, returns, and supplier-related transactions.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Maintain proper documentation, binning, labeling, and storage of spare parts.
- Coordinate with the Workshop Manager, Service Advisors, technicians, and Bajaj team.
- Monitor parts consumption, pending orders, backorders, and urgent requirements.
- Ensure timely billing and maintain accurate parts-related reports.




- Improve parts sales and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the parts department.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience in automobile spare-parts management, preferably in a two-wheeler dealership.
- Knowledge of Bajaj spare parts and dealership systems will be preferred.
- Positive knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and MS Excel.
- Strong coordination, team-management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under targets and manage multiple workshop requirements.

Experience: 3–5 years preferred
Salary: As per experience and performance

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
