We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Post Sales Executive to manage customer relationships after the sale of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless customer experience by coordinating documentation, construction updates, possession, and registration while acting as the primary point of contact between customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after booking until possession.
- Ensure timely collection of post-booking documents such as KYC, PAN, Aadhaar, photographs, and agreement-related documents.
- Assist customers with home loan documentation and coordinate with banks/financial institutions.
- Prepare and maintain customer files, agreements, allotment letters, demand letters, and other documentation.
- Coordinate with legal, sales, engineering, and site teams to ensure smooth processing of customer requirements.
- Provide regular construction progress updates to customers.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits, unit inspections, and possession handovers.
- Handle customer queries, complaints,



and service requests professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate registration and possession formalities with customers.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in post-sales, CRM, customer service, or real estate operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and relationship management abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM software.
- Solid organizational and documentation skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
