Job brief

We are looking for a creative and skilled 3D Visualizer & Graphic Designer who can develop high-quality concepts for retail displays, POSM, branded kiosks, promotional displays, signage, and in-store branding solutions. The candidate should be able to convert client briefs and ideas into visually strong, practical, and production-ready design solutions.

The candidate will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the print department, including planning and coordinating printing jobs, preparing and checking print-ready artwork, managing and monitoring print quality, minimizing material wastage, and ensuring all printing work is completed on time.

The role requires close coordination with the design & production teams to ensure smooth workflow from artwork preparation and printing through to production and final execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative 3D concepts for retail displays, POSM units, promotional stands, kiosks, shop-in-shop displays, window displays, and in-mall promotional installations.
- Convert client briefs, references, sketches, and ideas into clear visual concepts and create realistic 3D renders and visual presentations for client approvals.
- Develop graphic layouts for retail branding, signage, display graphics, product communication, and promotional campaigns.
- Apply brand guidelines accurately across all design concepts and graphic artwork.
- Design temporary, semi-permanent, and permanent retail display solutions.
- Create display dimensions, basic technical drawings and presentation layouts.




- Prepare professional client presentation with proposed concept and designs with material references and detail specification.
- Prepare artwork and print-ready files for large-format printing, UV printing, vinyl graphics, stickers, and other production requirements.
- Coordinate with the production, engineering, printing, acrylic, metal, and joinery teams to ensure designs are practical and manufacturable.
- Visit retail locations or project sites when required for measurements, references, and design understanding.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting agreed deadlines.

Required Skills and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, 3D Design, Visual Communication, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in 3D visualisation and graphic design.
- Experience in retail displays, POSM, exhibitions, kiosks, interior displays, retail branding, or advertising production is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of 3D modelling, rendering, graphic design, and artwork preparation.
- Ability to understand dimensions, materials, manufacturing methods, and basic structural requirements.
- Good understanding of printing processes,



colour management, branding applications, and production artwork.
- Ability to create creative concepts that are also practical, cost-conscious, and production-friendly.
- Strong attention to detail, proportions, lighting, textures, colours, and presentation quality.
- Ability to understand client briefs and work independently with limited supervision.
- Good communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent design requirements.

Software Proficiency

- 3ds Max, Blender similar 3D modelling software.
- V-Ray, KeyShot, or similar rendering software.
- Adobe Illustrator/ Adobe Photoshop.
- AutoCAD or other technical drawing software is an advantage.
- CorelDRAW knowledge is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Previous experience working with a POSM manufacturer, retail display company, exhibition company, advertising production company, or interior design firm.
- Robust portfolio showing retail displays, branded environments, kiosks, promotional stands, and graphic design work.
- Understanding of materials such as wood, metal, acrylic, corrugated board, PVC, foamboard, vinyl, and printed graphics.
- Creative mindset with a practical understanding of production and execution.
- Available to work from our office and coordinate closely with the production team.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
