The F&B; Service Executive is responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience while maintaining service standards, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve promptly
- Ensure cleanliness of service areas and adherence to hygiene standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and team members for smooth operations
- Handle guest queries and complaints politely
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and service standards
Requirements:
- Prior experience in F&B; service preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude and team spirit
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
