Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to support project execution, site coordination, and technical activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in engineering projects, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work effectively with site teams, vendors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate material requirements and maintain site records.
- Assist in inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.




- Resolve day-to-day technical issues at the project site.
- Support senior engineers in project planning, documentation, and reporting.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within project schedules.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related Engineering discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in project execution or site engineering.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings and site execution practices.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites, if required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in construction, MEP, HVAC, electrical, or industrial projects.
- Knowledge of quality and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
