Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented R&D; Chemist to join our Research & Development team in Bavla. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cosmetic formulation, analytical testing, and regulatory compliance. This role requires a passion for innovation and a deep understanding of raw materials, product stability, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Formulation Development: Design and develop innovative formulations for skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products.
✔Product Testing & Stability: Conduct stability studies, compatibility testing, and performance evaluations to ensure product safety and efficacy.
✔Raw Material Research: Identify, source, and evaluate new ingredients to enhance product performance and sustainability.
✔Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all formulations meet industry regulations (FDA, BIS, ISO, GMP) and company quality standards.
✔Process Optimization: Improve existing formulations, troubleshoot challenges, and enhance production processes for efficiency.
✔Collaboration: Work closely with the quality control, production, and marketing teams to align R&D; efforts with market trends.
✔Documentation: Maintain accurate records of formulations, testing results, and compliance reports.
✔Industry Research:



Stay updated on the latest trends, innovations, and technologies in the cosmetics and personal care industry.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

✔Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field.
✔Experience: 1-3 years in cosmetic formulation and product development; freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
✔Skills: Expertise in emulsion technology, surfactants, preservatives, and active ingredients.
✔Hands-on experience in formulation techniques for creams, serums, lotions, and oral care products.
✔Knowledge of stability testing, rheology, and analytical testing methods.
✔Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory guidelines.
✔Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
✔Proficiency in using lab equipment and software for formulation analysis.
