The role involves leading the team, achieving sales targets, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
- Oversee the daily operations of the outlet.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing of the outlet.
- Maintain company standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, coach, and supervise outlet staff.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback.
