We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter & Employee Management Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about recruitment, people management, and building a robust workforce.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across the organization.
- Create and publish job postings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Manage employee onboarding and induction.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Assist in employee engagement, performance reviews, and HR operations.
- Address employee queries and ensure smooth day-to-day HR activities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and submit hiring reports.
- Coordinate employee exit formalities and documentation when required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management,



or any related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Recruitment or Human Resources.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring requirements.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Preferred Skills

- Experience using job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, and LinkedIn.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage.
