Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive (Online Bidder) to join our team. The candidate should have hands-on experience with online bidding portals and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate business through online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH, etc.
- Identify potential clients and understand project requirements
- Write effective proposals and cover letters for bidding
- Communicate with international clients professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams for project discussions and delivery
- Maintain strong client relationships for long-term business opportunities
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to company growth

Required Skills:





- Experience in online bidding and lead generation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of proposal writing
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Basic knowledge of web development, or digital marketing is preferred
