Key responsibilities

- Looking at clients and publishers/channels reports on regular basis and taking out meaningful insights to help respective teams i.e. client servicing and delivery teams
- Preparation of report formats for different purposes i.e. internal MIS creation, Sales planning, Vendor reconciliation and to measure different teams’ productivity
- Helo delivery teams optimise roi through data and analytics with understanding of affiliates, facebook ads, sms marketing delivery and media buying
- Create a process to manage and measures KRAs of different teams in quantifiable terms




- Managing various platforms and tools viz hasoffers/trackier/facebook ads/sms platforms/emailer tools etc
- Ensuring Automation of reports and timeliness of reporting
- Co-ordination with different teams and making them accountable to meet the TATs defined across different projects
- Managing CRM for different tasks

Skill sets Needed

- MS Excel/ VBA/ Access
- MS PowerPoint
- Have indepth technical understanding one of the affiliates platforms viz hasoffers/trackier/affise etc
- Team management, multi-tasking and structured thinking
- Ability to thrive in the fast-growing environment
- Understanding to marketing mix used for digital and eCommerce clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have spent at least 3-5 years in similar role with similar affiliate networks and performance marketing agencies.
