Authority:
The Sales & Marketing Manager is authorized to:
- Represent the company in business meetings.
- Recruit and train Sales & Marketing executives.
- Negotiate commercial terms within approved company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments for project execution.
- Recommend pricing, promotional campaigns, and business development initiatives to management.
