Job Opening: Assistant Pharmacist – Store Level (Head Office)

Location: our family clinic ( Ernakulam).
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Break time 1.30pm-4.00pm)
Job Type: Full-Time

We are a growing chain of Family Clinics dedicated to delivering affordable and accessible healthcare across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities:

- Stock Handling & Storage:
- Receive medicines from Headoffice and verify items and quantities.
- Label and organize medicines according to standard procedures.
- Arrange stock based on expiry dates .
- Ensure appropriate storage for temperature-sensitive medicines.
- Inventory Management:
- Assist in maintaining and updating stock records.
- Support monthly and quarterly stock audits.
- Dispensing medicine at clinics .
- Documentation & System Entry:
- Enter medicine details (name, quantity, batch number, expiry)



into pharmacy software (training will be provided).
- Maintain accurate records of inward and outward stock movement.
- Quality & Cleanliness:
- Monitor expiry dates and assist in handling near-expiry and expired stock.
- Ensure the Pharmacy area is clean and organized.
- Follow standard protocols for pharmacy dispensing

Eligibility Criteria:

- Educational Qualification:Dpharm or equivalent
- Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Should be detail-oriented and responsible
- Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel or billing software, is an added advantage
- Willingness to work in a clinical pharmacy

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
