Job Description – Accounts Executive
Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai

Salary- upto 35K
Department: Accounts & Finance
Experience: 4–5 Years
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience)
Joining: Immediate or within 15 days

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to handle daily accounting activities, maintain financial records, prepare MIS reports, and support finance operations. The candidate should have good knowledge of Tally, ERP systems, GST, TDS, and Advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Record purchase, sales, receipts, and payment entries in Tally/ERP.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Generate sales reports and maintain financial records.
- Prepare GST and TDS workings and support statutory compliance.




- Coordinate with auditors when required.
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills

- Experience with Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
- Working knowledge of ERP software.
- Positive knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF Functions, etc.).
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification

- B.Com (Mandatory)
- M.Com / MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 4–5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Trading, FMCG, or Export industry will be preferred.
