As part of our expanding development portfolio, we are looking for a highly experienced Site Engineer who can independently manage site execution and ensure timely delivery of the project while maintaining the highest standards of quality and coordination.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer with 10–15 years of hands-on experience in real estate project execution, capable of independently managing end-to-end site activities for a plotted development project.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of all on-site construction activities, ensuring timely completion of infrastructure works including plots, villas, internal roads, utilities, electrical infrastructure, landscaping, and common amenities.

The ideal candidate should be capable of single-handedly managing site execution, coordinating contractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to drawings, quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines

Working Style: 6 Days Working on Site

Education Requirement:

· B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

· Master’s in construction management / project management (Preferred)

· PMP® Certified Professional (Preferred)

Experience Required:

· 10-15 Years of Experience in Real Estate Construction (Plotted Development preferred)

· Strong experience in site execution and infrastructure development

· Experience in plotted development / township / villa projects preferred

· Proven ability to independently manage site activities





· Experience in coordinating multiple contractors and vendors

Technical Skills Required

· Solid Understanding of:

o Site execution and construction methodology

o Infrastructure development works

o Road construction and paving works

o Water supply and drainage systems

o Electrical infrastructure coordination

o RCC and masonry works

o Landscaping and external development

o Quantity verification and material planning

o Reading and interpreting construction drawings

o Construction cost components

o Quantity verification and BOQ understanding

o Budget monitoring and cost control

o Material consumption analysis

o Value engineering in construction

· Proficiency in:

o Microsoft Excel

o Microsoft Word

o AutoCAD (Basic understanding preferred)

o ERP (Preferred)

o Microsoft Project (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

· Site Planning & Execution

o Plan and execute all construction activities at site

o Prepare and monitor daily and weekly execution plans

o Ensure project activities are executed as per approved drawings and specifications

o Ensure timely completion of site activities

· Contractor & Vendor Management

o Supervise contractors and subcontractors

o Allocate work and monitor productivity

o Ensure contractors adhere to quality and timeline commitments

· Infrastructure Development

o Execute and monitor development works including:

§ Internal roads and paving

§ Stormwater and drainage networks

§ Water supply pipelines

§ Electrical infrastructure

§ Boundary walls

§ Landscaping works

§ Amenities and clubhouse construction

· Quality Control

o Ensure quality of construction as per standards

o Conduct regular quality checks on materials and workmanship

o Coordinate with consultants for quality inspections

· Project Monitoring & Reporting





o Track project progress on a daily basis

o Prepare daily site reports and weekly progress updates and Monthly presentations to Directors

o Highlight delays, risks, and bottlenecks to management

· Material & Resource Planning

o Estimate and monitor material requirements

o Coordinate with procurement for timely material availability

o Avoid material shortages or excess procurement

· Project Budget Monitoring & Cost Control

o Monitor project execution within the approved project budget

o Track actual site costs vs planned cost estimates

o Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality

o Ensure efficient utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment

o Reduce material wastage and rework through proper planning and supervision

o Review contractor work quantities and verify billing quantities before certification

o Support management in cost-saving initiatives and value engineering

o Maintain regular tracking of site cost drivers and budget consumption

o Alert management in advance about potential cost overruns

· Coordination

o Work closely with- Architects, Structural Consultants, Contractors, Vendors and Project Management Team to ensure smooth project execution.
