- Robust knowledge of Indian destinations, travel routes & stays
- Excellent communication, persuasion & customer-handling skills
- Good at follow-ups, multita
- Handle travel inquiries through calls, WhatsApp & email
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings with strong follow-ups, and understand customer needs and recommend the best itineraries as per the experience expected
- Create customised travel itineraries
- Suggest destinations, stays, activities, and transport options
- Ensure packages match customer expectations and budget
- Provide end-to-end assistance from inquiry to travel completion
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Resolve queries, manage changes, and ensure a smooth trip experience
- Coordinate with the operations team for bookings & confirmations
- Maintain documentation, MIS, payment updates and trip details
- Ensure accuracy in communication & timely information sharing
