Job Overview

We are seeking a technically sound and growth-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a 100% inbound sales role—there is no cold calling or field traveling required. You will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries from across India, understanding client automation needs, demonstrating machinery capabilities at our showroom, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Inbound Lead Management: Respond promptly to incoming inquiries (via website, phone, and B2B portals) from prospects across PAN India.
- Showroom Demos & Client Consultation: Technical presentation and live demonstration of our automatic packaging machines to visiting clients at our Ahmedabad showroom.
- Solution Engineering: Understand the client’s specific packaging requirements (speed, material, product type) and recommend the right machinery solutions.
- Commercial Closures: Prepare technical quotations,



negotiate commercial terms, and close sales cycles effectively.
- CRM Tracking: Maintain precise records of client interactions, requirements, and sales pipelines.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in sales or technical support, preferably within packaging machinery, automation, or industrial equipment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English (to handle PAN India clients). Knowledge of Gujarati is a plus.
- Skills: Strong technical aptitude, convincing skills, and a skilled phone/in-person etiquette.
