We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team on an urgent basis. The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction projects and should be capable of handling all technical aspects of site execution independently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise day-to-day site activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and verify quantity estimates and material requirements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Review technical drawings and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Coordinate material planning and site resources.
- Ensure work is carried out as per project schedules and client requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 4–5 years of relevant site execution experience.
- Solid knowledge of RCC work, finishing work, estimation, billing, and construction methods.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently handle all technical site work.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
