Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our BigWing Honda sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in automobile sales, and the ability to achieve business targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and manage the showroom sales team.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
- Generate new business opportunities and increase market share.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Manage enquiries, test rides, bookings, deliveries, and follow-ups.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, and Service departments for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Train and develop the sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Eligibility

- Graduate.
- 5–8 years of experience in automobile sales, with at least 2 years in a Sales Manager or Team Leader role.




- Experience in premium motorcycle or automobile dealership will be preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
