Position: Back Office Executive
Location: Prince Anwar Shah Road

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (CTC)

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform daily back-office administrative activities efficiently.
- Handle data entry with high accuracy and maintain records.
- Prepare, verify, and manage documents and reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
- Maintain MIS reports and update databases regularly.
- Assist in invoicing, purchase/sales documentation, and basic accounting tasks.
- Operate ERP/accounting software for daily transactions.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of company records and documents.
- Support management with reporting and administrative requirements.

Required Skills:

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com).
- 2–3 years of experience in a back-office or administrative role.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with ERP or accounting software.




- Positive typing speed and data entry accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
