ITWings Infosystem.Ltd is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and career-oriented HR Trainee to join our growing team! This role is a opportunity to gain hands-on experience across core HR operations and office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Admin: Handle day-to-day office administration and internal coordination.
Talent Coordination: Assist with screening profiles to identify the right talent Help seamlessly onboard current joiners
Data Management: Monitor and track employee database , attendance and leave records.
Asset Management: Assist in monitoring, allocating, and handling office/IT assets.
Project Coordination: Work closely with Project Managers for internal team coordination.
Employee Engagement: Day to day Coordination with employee , Help them to resolve their query , plan and execute internal activities to keep our workspace connected .
What We Are Looking For:
Education: Graduation in any domain (An MBA in HR is a definite plus point!).
Communication: Good verbal communication skills in both English & Hindi, along with strong written communication.
Technical Skills: Intermediate knowledge of Excel and basic familiarity with the MS Office suite.
Mindset: A career-oriented individual who is eager to learn, adapt, and grow with the organization.
