- Process Oversight & Execution: Supervise daily operations including compounding, filtration, filling, sealing, and sterilization for liquid and dry powder injectables.
- Cleanroom Management: Monitor environmental parameters (temperature, humidity, differential pressure) and ensure strict adherence to aseptic gowning and cleanroom discipline, particularly for Grade A/B sterile areas.
- Equipment Operation: Manage the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of specialized machinery like sachet filling machines, dry powder filling lines, autoclaves, and vial washing tunnels.
- Documentation: Maintain and review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packing Records (BPR), and equipment logbooks to ensure 100% data integrity and compliance.
- Quality Compliance: Conduct line clearances, perform in-process quality checks (e.g., fill volume, weight variation, leak testing), and coordinate with the QA/QC departments for batch releases.
- Aseptic Process Support: Actively participate in media fill simulations (APS), validation,



and qualification of equipment and processes.
- Inventory & Resource Planning: Coordinate with the warehouse for raw material (RM) and packing material (PM) dispensing based on the production schedule. DoctHub | Jobs +8

Product-Specific Duties

- Sachet Production: Oversee filling, sealing, and labeling of sachets while ensuring accurate measurements and preventing contamination.
- Dry Powder Injections: Focus on aseptic powder filling, stoppering, and capping operations, along with monitoring clarity after reconstitution.
- Liquid Injections: Manage critical stages of liquid formulation, sterile filtration, and terminal sterilization (for LVP/SVP)
