What does the job entail?

Managing Production system issues tickets

Managing System availability

Daily review of production issue tickets with vendor and Users and closure as per SLA

Technical review of root cause analysis shared by Vendor team for completeness and correctness

Monitoring and end to end closures of issues with development team

Managing System Data patches

Monitoring system (Daily/monthly/ yearly) Batch jobs

Ensuring correct and complete Reports delivery to functions as per agreed timelines

Monitoring and resolving Application Integration issues(MQ setup)





CR management and production deployment management

Front ending system Audit by External, Internal and Regulators

Publishing WSR for Users and Management

Documentation and User Training on recurring issues

Vendor management. (vendor Team Reviews/ Team availability/Handling Team Trainings)

Work Experience

10-15 Years in Insurance Domain

Essential Qualification

BE -Computer Science /MCA/BSC IT
