Job Title: Marketing Manager – Study Visa & International Education

About the Role

GCI Overseas Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to expand our network of educational partners and drive student enrollments for study abroad programs, French language training, IELTS/PTE coaching, and other international education services.

The ideal candidate will have strong business development, marketing, and sales conversion skills with the ability to build relationships with educational institutions, colleges, universities, schools, and referral partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, schools, colleges, universities, and training centers.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic tie-ups to generate student leads.
- Promote the company's study visa services, French language training, IELTS/PTE coaching, and other educational programs.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
- Manage digital and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents, converting inquiries into enrollments.
- Coordinate with counselors and admissions teams to maximize conversion rates.
- Build relationships with agents, consultants, and referral partners.




- Track marketing performance, sales numbers, and partnership outcomes.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, business development, education consulting, study abroad, or sales.
- Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels and lead conversion strategies.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Experience in the international education or immigration industry is an advantage.
