We are a dynamic, Jaipur and USA-based real estate development firm specializing in ground-up construction and large-scale renovations. Our portfolio spans high-end mixed-use apartment buildings, modern townhouse developments, and purpose-built senior care facilities. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Revit Architect based in India to join our remote team and support our expanding pipeline of US-based projects.

Role Summary

The Remote Revit Architect will take schematic design concepts and develop full Construction Document (CD) sets with minimal oversight. You will collaborate closely with our US-based project teams and external engineering consultants to ensure all architectural drawings, 3D models, and BIM workflows meet project standards, local zoning requirements, and California building codes.

Key Responsibilities

- Drafting & Modeling: Develop comprehensive architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings using Autodesk Revit.
- Construction Documentation: Produce highly accurate, full Construction Document (CD) sets for mixed-use residential, multi-family, and assisted living facility projects.
- BIM Coordination: Manage Revit worksharing, central models, and family creation. Perform clash detection and coordinate with structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consultants to ensure constructability.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all models and documentation align with US standards, specifically the California Building Code (CBC)



and CALGreen requirements.
- Project Delivery: Track project progress, manage timelines for deliverables, incorporate redline markups, and proactively address design challenges.

Required Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
- Experience: Minimum of 2-6 years of professional architectural drafting experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing US-based residential or commercial projects (direct experience with senior living or mixed-use developments is a major advantage).
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. Familiarity with BIM collaboration software (Navisworks, BIM 360) and 3D visualization tools (Enscape, V-Ray, or Lumion) is preferred.
- Construction Knowledge: Proven understanding of US architectural standards, wood-frame construction, and structural detailing.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to confidently collaborate with remote, cross-functional teams and project managers.

Work Schedule & Setup

- Location: 100% Remote (Work from home in India).
- Hours: US Pacific Time Shift (Requires availability during US business hours / Night Shifts in IST).
- Requirements: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection, a dedicated home office setup, and the ability to work independently in a remote workplace.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
