About the Role

Webingo Infotech Solutions LLP is looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Social Media Executive / Social Media Manager to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content planning, social media management, campaign execution, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Develop and maintain monthly social media content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to ensure timely delivery of creatives.
- Write compelling captions, blogs, and social media copy optimized for audience engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, industry updates, and competitor activities to recommend innovative content ideas.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including community engagement, responding to comments and messages, and audience interaction.
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly analytics reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for product launches,



branding campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital communication channels.
- Utilize AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and other content creation platforms to improve productivity and content quality.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Experience in creating and managing content calendars.
- Excellent content writing, copywriting, and blogging skills.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with Canva and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Solid communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- Experience working with AI-powered content tools is an added advantage.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
