Job Summary

We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Project Manager to lead end-to-end product delivery and manage customer-facing engagements. This role requires strong ownership, disciplined execution, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring quality, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Project Ownership

- Lead the complete lifecycle of product initiatives and customer delivery engagements
- Own delivery quality, timelines, scope, and cross-functional dependencies
- Ensure successful milestone completion and customer sign-offs

Multi-Project Management

- Manage multiple concurrent projects with clear prioritization
- Maintain structured execution plans with defined deliverables and ownership
- Track milestones and ensure adherence to committed timelines

Stakeholder & Customer Communication

- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients
- Provide consistent updates on progress, risks, and blockers
- Maintain clear, professional written and verbal communication Execution Discipline & Accountability
- Drive a culture of accountability and ownership
- Ensure task follow-through and proactive risk mitigation
- Identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks

Risk & Escalation Management

- Handle escalations with urgency and maturity
- Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
- Resolve conflicts and unblock execution challenges

Documentation & Governance

- Create and maintain project plans,



trackers, and documentation
- Own MoMs, status reports, and milestone trackers
- Ensure formal approvals and phase-end sign-offs

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery and customer-facing roles
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
- Strong prioritization and execution skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, QA, Customer Success)
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel, or similar
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with enterprise or BFSI clients is a plus

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field
