We are looking for a Sales & Client Support professional with 1.5+ years of relevant experience to join our team. This is a full time, remote role working in EST time. The ideal candidate will support clients throughout the order process while building strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Requirements :

- Relevant experience of 1.5+ years

- Full-time availability (EST working hours)

- Remote work mode

- Age is not a constraint for the right candidate

Key Skills :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams

- Ability to build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships

Must-Have Skills :

- Experience in Sales & Client Support





- Ability to support clients with orders, approvals, and timelines

- Providing customer support via phone, email, and text

- Experience in the promotional products industry (preferred)
