Job Title: Freight Forwarding Import Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Freight Forwarding Import Operations Executive with 2–6 years of experience in handling end-to-end import operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in Sea and/or Air Import, shipment coordination, documentation, customer service, and customs clearance processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end Sea and Air Import Operations.
- Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, carriers, transporters, and CHA.
- Follow up on shipment status, vessel schedules, and cargo arrivals.
- Prepare and verify import shipping documents, Arrival Notices, and Bills of Lading (BL).
- Coordinate customs clearance and container pick-up/delivery activities.
- Ensure timely VGM submission (where applicable) and Original Bill of Lading (OBL) release.
- Monitor shipment movement and provide regular updates to customers.




- Verify invoices and maintain accurate operational records.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Work closely with internal teams to achieve operational KPIs and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- 2–6 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Import Operations.
- Hands-on experience in Sea and/or Air Import processes.
- Good knowledge of import documentation, BL, Arrival Notice, customs clearance, and freight forwarding procedures.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and freight forwarding software is an advantage.
