We are hiring freshers under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS). This program is designed to give freshers structured, on-the-job training in restaurant operations and hospitality, helping you build a solid foundation for your career while earning a stipend.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome guests and guide them by explaining all available meal choices.
* Maintain polite and professional relationships with customers to ensure high-quality service.
* Set up food counters and ensure the restaurant area is clean, neat, and organized.
* Support daily department operations and complete tasks assigned by your supervisor.
* Maintain basic daily records and checklists as part of operational training.
* Work actively and cooperatively within a highly team-oriented environment.
* Use clear verbal and written communication with guests and team members.
Education: B.Sc. Graduates (Any stream) OR Hotel Management Graduates/Diploma Holders (BHM, B.Sc. Hospitality, etc.).
Experience: None required (Freshers only).
Skills:
* Positive verbal and written communication skills.
* Positive attitude, eager to learn, and a strong team player.
The selected candidate will be engaged as an apprentice under the apprentices act for a period of 1 year.
