We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Manager who has successfully managed Google Ads campaigns for international clothing brands and eCommerce businesses. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience scaling online sales, managing high advertising budgets, and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROAS across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for international eCommerce brands.
- Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and Demand Gen campaigns.
- Create and optimize Google Shopping feeds through Google Merchant Center.
- Drive profitable growth while maintaining target ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, audience segmentation, and campaign testing.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and ad creatives.
- Work closely with creative, SEO, Shopify, and merchandising teams to improve campaign performance.
- Analyse GA4 and Google Ads data to identify growth opportunities.
- Build dashboards and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features and eCommerce advertising trends.

Requirements

- 5–8 years of hands-on Google Ads experience.




- Must have managed Google Ads for international clothing/fashion brands.
- Must have worked with international Shopify or eCommerce websites.
- Robust experience with Google Shopping, Merchant Center, and Performance Max.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Strong understanding of product feeds, remarketing, audience targeting, and attribution.
- Experience managing large monthly advertising budgets.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with fashion, apparel, footwear, accessories, or lifestyle brands.
- Experience working with USA, UK, Canada, Australia, or European markets.
- Knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, Microsoft Clarity, and Looker Studio is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
