Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role is crucial for driving client satisfaction, retention, and identifying current business opportunities within an assigned portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients' financial goals, challenges, and aspirations to proactively identify and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess their evolving needs, provide updates on market trends, and ensure their portfolios are aligned with objectives.




- Identify and pursue recent business opportunities within the existing client base through cross-selling and up-selling relevant products and services.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product specialists, operations, and legal, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor client accounts, analyze performance, and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients and senior management.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to resolve any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team-based sales and retention targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs within the CRM system.
