Job Description – Sr. Operations Executive (Site Operations)

Position: Sr. Operations Executive

Location: Kanchipuram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sr. Operations Executive to oversee day-to-day site operations and manage site manpower efficiently. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling workforce deployment, coordinating with clients, ensuring smooth site activities, and maintaining operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day operations at the assigned site.

* Supervise and coordinate site manpower, ensuring optimum workforce utilization.

* Monitor attendance, shift allocation, and daily deployment of workers.

* Ensure smooth execution of site activities as per operational requirements.

* Coordinate with clients and internal teams for daily work planning and issue resolution.

* Maintain discipline, safety, and compliance at the site.

* Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.





* Handle employee grievances and resolve site-level issues promptly.

* Ensure timely availability of resources, tools, and materials required for operations.

* Monitor productivity and implement process improvements for productive site management.

* Support audits and ensure adherence to company policies and statutory compliance.

Eligibility

* Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

* 4–8 years of experience in site operations, manpower handling, or facility/industrial operations.

* Experience in managing blue-collar workforce is preferred.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.

* Willing to work from the site location.
