Position: Sales Support Executive

Location: Swargate, Pune

Age Preference: 25–35 Years

Experience: 1–5 Years (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Customer Enquiry Management

- Handle inbound phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in enquiries professionally.
- Respond promptly to customer queries regarding products, services, pricing, and availability.
- Provide complete and accurate information to prospective customers.
- Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the enquiry process.

Sales Support

- Generate and qualify leads from enquiries.
- Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and customer meetings.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Update customer information in CRM or Excel.
- Track enquiry status until closure.

Customer Follow-up

- Follow up with potential customers through calls and emails.




- Maintain regular communication with prospects to improve conversion.
- Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.

Administrative Support

- Maintain daily enquiry and lead reports.
- Prepare sales reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing or service delivery.
- Ensure all customer records are updated accurately.

Required Skills

- Positive telephone etiquette.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic sales and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
