Job Title: Dental Clinic Head

We are looking for an experienced Dental Clinic Head to manage the overall operations of the dental clinic and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. The candidate will be responsible for handling clinic operations, managing doctors and staff, improving patient satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Qualification: BDS / MDS
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Kondapur Road near Botanical Garden.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow
- Manage doctors, front office staff, assistants, and support teams
- Ensure high-quality patient care and service standards
- Handle patient concerns and maintain patient satisfaction
- Monitor appointments, revenue targets, and clinic performance
- Maintain clinic hygiene, compliance, and operational protocols
- Manage inventory, dental supplies, and equipment availability
- Coordinate with management for clinic growth and business development

Robust leadership, communication, and clinic management skills are required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
