- Perform daily inspections, fault diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of on-site/online hardware equipment to ensure stable operation.
- Handle equipment fault tickets, quickly locate issues, close loops, and document fault logs and solutions.
- Execute routine O&M; tasks such as firmware upgrades, parameter configuration, and version iteration.
- Maintain O&M; records and asset information, and analyze operational data including equipment failure rate and downtime duration.
- Coordinate and provide feedback on equipment issues to drive optimization and rectification.
Comply with on-site O&M; procedures and enforce safety operation requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in hardware equipment O&M;, with the ability to independently troubleshoot common software and hardware issues.
- Familiar with equipment debugging and basic network configuration; proficient with common O&M; tools.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, strong execution, and good problem-solving and service awareness.
- Familiar with Linux development workplace; proficient in Shell and Python. Familiarity with Docker and System Service; understanding of embedded software and hardware is a plus.
