Roles Responsibilities
Handson experience in implementing ITSM CMDB HRIS etc
Client and Server APIs ie GlideDialogWindow GlideForm GlideAggregate GlideRecord etc
Good understanding of Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies UI Actions ACLs workflows import sets transform maps bidirectional integrations via REST SOAP etc
Experience in MID server setup along with configuring integrations with 3rd party systems for data population monitoring
Must participate in build activities and conduct peer reviews and technical validation
Document technical details and release notes
Work on bug fixes and core platform developments
Familiar with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration SOAP WSDL REST
Provide software coding and customization including but not limited to data imports integration scripting third party software integrations and custom application development
Working knowledge of cloud scripting languages preferably JavaScripts JSON
Basic understanding and ability to script automated processes
Handson experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems like AD SCCM Monitoring tools Cloud platforms like AWS Azure B2B etc
Certifications
ServiceNow Administration certification
ServiceNow Implementation Specialist CertificationITSM various tracks
