What You'll Do

Analyze sales, marketing, and business performance , find patterns, flag problems,

surface opportunities.

⦁ Conduct market and competitor research and turn it into clear, usable insights

⦁ Build reports, dashboards, and business summaries the founder can act on

⦁ Assist with operational and execution projects across functions

⦁ Support founder-led initiatives , anything high-priority gets pulled into this role

⦁ Research trends, new ideas, and growth opportunities

⦁ Assist in content research and planning for the brand

⦁ Work on projects that directly impact business growth , not busy work

What We're Looking For

⦁ Strong analytical thinking - you can take a messy set of data or information and make

sense of it

⦁ Excellent research skills - you know how to go deep, not just skim the surface

⦁ High attention to detail - small things matter in brand building and you know it





⦁ Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets

⦁ Robust written and verbal communication - you can write clearly and speak confidently

⦁ Someone who takes ownership - you follow through without being reminded
