Qualification

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in B.E. Mech. / Chemical engineer / B.Sc. or Sugar Engineering

Skills

- Skills required to plan, manage, execute and finish projects
- To help delegate and prioritize tasks, manage resources, analyze problems, report progress, and analyze project performance.
- Sugar Process Engineering related technical knowledge is necessary
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to, management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
- Knowledge and ability to work using Primavera management tool will be highly appreciated
- Ability to conduct research and create reports or presentations
- To be able to work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Basic computer and office equipment skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting

Roles & Responsibilities

- Responsible for planning, organizing,



and directing the completion of specific projects ensuring they are on time, in budget, and within scope.
- Accountable for the entire project scope, the project team and manpower, material resources, the project budget, and the success or failure of the project and inform report to the Management the entire way.
- Documenting each step of the process using various project management tools such as MS project.
- Understand client objectives and goals; implement these objectives and goals in all aspects of work on the project.
