We primarily work on Meta conversion campaigns, shopping/catalog campaigns, and Google Ads campaigns focused on driving sales, leads, and ROAS growth.

We also have an in-house content studio for UGC content, reels, and ad creatives that improve ad performance and conversions.

Job Responsibilities

* Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)

* Manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Shopping & Performance Max

* Scale ecommerce conversion campaigns profitably

* Handle retargeting, lookalike audiences, catalog ads & funnel optimization

* Monitor campaign performance, budgets, ROAS, CPA & CTR

* Conduct audience testing & creative testing





* Coordinate with creative/content team for ad creatives & UGC requirements

* Analyze campaign data and generate reports

* Improve campaign performance through continuous optimization

Required Skills

* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager

* Hands-on experience with Google Ads

* Experience running conversion campaigns

* Experience managing ecommerce/D2C brands

* Knowledge of Meta Pixel, GA4 & GTM

* Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR & funnel metrics

* Ability to scale winning campaigns

* Good analytical & communication skills

* Shopify brand experience

* Experience with shopping/catalog campaigns

* Creative strategy understanding

* Experience handling monthly ad spends

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
