Job Overview

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional personality, and a passion for B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable business solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.




- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM updates.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
