NutriJa Lifesciences is looking for a Customer Support Executive to provide prompt and professional support to customers across multiple sales channels, including our website, Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, and WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, live chat, and marketplace messaging.
- Handle order-related inquiries, including order status, shipping, delivery, returns, replacements, and refunds.
- Assist customers with product information, usage instructions, and general supplement-related questions (without providing medical advice).
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and marketplace teams to resolve delivery issues.
- Manage Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplace customer messages within SLA.
- Escalate technical or quality-related issues to the concerned department.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM or internal systems.
- Follow up with customers until issues are fully resolved.

Required Skills





- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Robust customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, patience, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, e-commerce, or call center.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or CRM software is an advantage.

Working Hours

- Full-time
- 6 days a week

Salary

- ₹12,000–₹20,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
