Key Responsibilities

- Supervise all packing activities as per buyer specifications and packing standards.
- Ensure correct folding, tagging, labeling, carton packing, and barcode accuracy.
- Achieve daily packing targets and dispatch schedules.
- Coordinate with Finishing, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
- Monitor packing quality and reduce packing errors, rework, and material wastage.
- Manage packing staff, allocate manpower, and maintain discipline.
- Maintain packing records, carton details, and daily production reports.
- Ensure proper use of PPE, valuable housekeeping (5S), and compliance with company and buyer requirements.
- Support customer, internal, and compliance audits.

Qualification

- Diploma/Degree in Textile Technology or any graduate.

Experience





- 5–8 years in home textile packing operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/Incharge role.

Skills

- Packing process knowledge, leadership, quality control, team management, planning, problem-solving, and basic ERP/MS Excel knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Karur, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
