We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, manage production teams, and ensure smooth manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting production targets, maintaining quality standards, and improving process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage daily production operations.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of targets.
- Manage production workers and allocate tasks effectively.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
- Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain production reports and records.
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Train and guide team members to improve productivity.
- Implement process improvements for better efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Graduate degree (any discipline) required.
- Minimum experience in production/manufacturing supervision preferred.
- Positive leadership and team management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
