JD of Purchase Executive: PM

Packaging Sourcing: Procure primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging materials (e.g.,

HDPE/PET bottles, laminated pouches, fiber/MS drums, and corrugated boxes) specific to

chemical handling.

 Vendor Development: Identify, audit, and negotiate with packaging suppliers to ensure

competitive pricing, reliable lead times, and regulatory compliance.

 Material & Inventory Planning: Align with production forecasts to maintain optimal stock

levels, preventing both shortages and excess inventory.

 Quality Control & Compliance: Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure all

packaging passes safety standards for hazardous agrochemical transport and storage.

 Cost Optimization: Implement cost-saving initiatives through alternative material

evaluation, strategic sourcing, and bulk rate negotiations.

 Documentation & ERP: Manage Purchase Orders (POs), vendor contracts, and billing

discrepancies in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
