Key Responsibilities

- Develop in-depth knowledge of Clocktos products, including their features, functionalities, and business benefits, to effectively assist clients and address product-related queries.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients by understanding their requirements, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience through calls, emails, and remote support tools such as AnyDesk.
- Conduct onboarding and training sessions for clients and end users to help them effectively use Clocktos solutions and maximize product adoption.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to support client meetings, product presentations, and live demonstrations, effectively communicating the value of Clocktos solutions.
- Lead product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients,



showcasing key features and explaining how the solution addresses their business needs.
- Prepare and maintain client-facing resources, including user guides, FAQs, troubleshooting documents, and best practices, to enhance customer support and engagement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely follow-ups, issue resolution, and long-term relationship management.
- Provide on-site client support and be willing to travel as required to strengthen customer relationships and ensure successful product implementation.

Pay: Up to ₹31,605.51 per month
