Jebelz is looking for a detail-oriented Zoho Accountant to manage our daily financial operations. In this role, you will be fully responsible for maintaining our financial records, managing transactions, and generating reports primarily using the Zoho Finance suite (Zoho Books, Zoho Invoice, etc.). You will ensure our accounting processes run smoothly and remain compliant.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries within Zoho Books.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and payment gateways regularly.
- Prepare and process invoices, track outstanding payments, and follow up on collections.
- Generate accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow).
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist with tax filings.




- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial workflows and maximize Zoho automation features.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as an accountant, with hands-on, expert-level experience using Zoho Books.
- Skills: Robust understanding of bookkeeping practices, financial reporting, and tax compliance. High proficiency in MS Excel.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
