Role Overview

We are seeking highly motivated Influencer Marketing Interns to join our marketing team. You will play a key role in expanding Rupeezy's reach through influencer collaborations, primarily on YouTube, Instagram & LinkedIn. On the operations side, you will own the day-to-day execution pipeline from initial creator discovery to final campaign tracking. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in influencer marketing and campaign management.

Line of Operation (Operational Workflow)

The day-to-day operational lifecycle for this role follows a structured 4-step pipeline:

1. Actively source and initiate contact with potential finance and lifestyle creators across platforms.

2. Manage creator negotiations, secure agreements, and deliver clear campaign briefs.

3. Brainstorm integration strategies and review creator scripts/drafts for brand alignment.

4. Ensure live content includes proper tracking links (UTMs) and log key performance metrics into internal databases.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and contact potential YouTube and Instagram influencers via email/DM. Gather their contact details for collaboration.

● Facilitate the influencer onboarding process, ensuring agreements and deliverables are clearly communicated.





● Share brand briefs and campaign objectives with influencers.

● Collaborate with influencers to brainstorm and execute creative brand integration strategies.

● Ensure timely delivery of campaign content with appropriate tracking links for performance measurement.

● Track and report campaign results, including influencer-driven installs, KYC completions, account openings, and transactions.

● Maintain detailed records of outreach, responses, campaign progress, and performance metrics.

What We Are Looking For

● Solid interest in influencer marketing and digital campaigns.

● Excellent communication and organizational skills.

● Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

● Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel for performance tracking.

● Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-driven.

Preferred Qualifications

● Students or recent graduates in Engineering, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.

● Experience in outreach, influencer marketing, or social media management is a plus.
