Title: HR Intern

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support daily HR operations, recruitment activities, and employee coordination. This role provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR processes including hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment including screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
- Support on boarding and induction processes for interns and new joiners.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements and interview scheduling.
- Assist in drafting HR communications, offer letters, internship letters, and certificates.
- Support employee engagement activities, events, and internal communication.
- Help in maintaining HR policies, SOPs, and compliance documentation.
- Handle basic employee queries related to HR processes.
- Assist in HR reporting and documentation work.

Qualification

- Pursuing or completed:
- BBA / MBA (HR)
- B.Com / M.Com
- Psychology / Management / HR
- Or any field with interest in Human Resources
